The main house has a master suite consisting of a king bed, bathroom suite (with steam shower and pebble flooring), laundry and separate library/office. The main house and the cantina are wired for music with sonos speakers in every room.
There are two adjoining casitas, with separate entrances for privacy. Each has two bedrooms and two full baths, plus a living area. The lower casita has a full cook’s kitchen, the upper has a kitchenette.
The upper casita has a bunk bedroom (four twin beds), with a full bath, and a lovely master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite full bathroom.
The lower casita has two separate entrances, one of which is ADA accessible. The full kitchen is adorned with beautiful tile work, a Wolf range, and a Sub-Zero fridge and freezer. There are a set of twin beds in one room, including a sitting area with a TV and a queen bed in a separate room which has its own private bath.
Another casita, called the Cantina, on the property hosts a built in floor-to-ceiling bar and buffet, including Sub-Zero refrigerator drawers, a sink and an ice maker.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Offstreet courtyard parking for four cars, plus a one-car garage, allows for ample guests. An enclosed potager, or kitchen garden, offers fresh fruit and produce in the summer/fall. There is a multi-room Sonos music system, 6 TVs, Apple TV, and reliably fast Wifi indoors and out.
The lower casita is ADA accessible with a fully-equipped bathroom. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, central heating, iron, hairdryers, linens and towels, fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detector and first aid kit.

With its adobe neighborhoods and lively central plaza, Santa Fe has a timeless and down-to-earth quality that’s uniquely appealing. It’s a must-see destination for artists, with its abundant museums and galleries. Highlights include the Plaza, a grassy square in the heart of town, the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, the Museum of International Folk Art, and Palace of the Governors, the oldest public building in the United States, with its adjoining New Mexico History Museum.
The home is walkable to many areas, three short blocks to Canyon Road or six blocks to Museum Hill, and a 20-minute walk to the main Santa Fe square. Hiking trails are a five-minute drive away.
