This vacation home rental in Greece has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and enough space to sleep up to four guests. It has a fireplace, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and WC. The outdoor terrace has a reed pergola, a sink, a large wooden dining table, and deckchairs. As the house is made made of stone, it gives an unequaled freshness during the summer, so there is no need to have air conditioning.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Cable TV, washer, heating, parking and fire extinguisher. There is also an independent laundry, which was once a small stable, and an outdoor parking space. In the center between the three houses, there is an old threshing floor.
AROUND
The property is located near Agia Mavra or Velado, on the eastern part of the island, a region that is home to the only ancient oak forest in the Cyclades islands. This is the greenest part of the island.
Only 3km by car from the house, there are two beaches. Orkos beach is quiet and perfect for snorkelling, while the more remote Psathi beach is even more secluded.
The main village of Chora Ioulida is about 7km away. The owners recommend the archaeological site of Karthea and the museum in Ioulida. There are many hiking paths.
