It’s right on the seafront at Anse aux Moines beach, part of the wild coast which stretches from Les Sables d’Olonne to Port Bourgenay, 11km away.
The house is only five minutes from the town, which is lively all year round. The sandy beach at Les Sables d’Olonne stretches for 3km, is great for water sports, and has some beach huts that serve great food. There is a pathway from the house to the town which is easy to walk, but the house also has 11 bicycles for adults and children that guests can use. There is a surf school at nearby Veillon beach.
Other destinations in the region include gourmet, seafood and casual restaurants, museums, theaters and the Aquarium de Vendee. Activities include surfing, sailing, jet-skiing, paddleboarding, and kayaking, as well as golf, hiking, cycling, and fishing.
