Located in the historic Alberdi district in central Cordoba, this 18th century townhouse sits along the western edge of the city in one of the most vibrant and populous neighborhoods.
The former home of architecture and hospitality enthusiast Diego Sanchez, the house has been featured in numerous design magazines for it’s inspired mix of old and new.
Designed as a shared guesthouse for travelers, the house inspires guests to mingle and share the communal spaces while still providing privacy in the four individual bedrooms. Drawing inspiration from the spartan minimalism and elegance of Nordic design and mid century style, Sanchez designed the interiors with a mixture of simplicity and warmth, with the historic features of the house blending seamlessly with the mid-century furnishings, and handcrafted elements. With four bedrooms, the home can sleep up to seven total with two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen to share.
Outside a garden courtyard and lounge area allows guests to dine alfresco and enjoy peace and privacy in the heart of the city.

Home to the 17th century Manzana Jesuítica Jesuit complex, the colonial influence is prominent throughout the city with beautiful promenades connecting the Plaza San Martín and its neo-Baroque Córdoba Cathedral with lovely green spaces and parks dotting the city. Outside of the city just north of Santa Catalina is one of the country’s most important archeological sites, Cerro Colorado, featuring hundreds of pre-Columbian petroglyphs while northwest of the city is the verdant Punillo Valley and south is the Calamuchita Valley.
