Placed to take advantage of the magnificent views, the house overlooks the valley heading into the village, both sides of the Aegean sea and the island of Chios in the distance. Recently built, the house was designed with traditional materials and stone sourced from the area and is characteristic of much older dwellings in the Aegean region.
The interiors are awash in natural light with fresh whitewashed simplicity accented by the dominant use of stone, wood and tile. Tastefully decorated with an eclectic selection of colorful treasures and decor, the home is a contemporary take on Turkish culture.
The ground floor living and dining area open out to the terraced poolside gardens and are adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are four king bedrooms that can sleep a total of eight guests each with lovely views.
Outside, the spacious property features hundreds of olive trees, rambling gardens and a poolside BBQ area for summer fun.

Located just two miles from the seaside port town of Cesme, the western peninsula town is a popular holiday destination with a vibrant resort culture and a beautiful windswept bay. The Cesme castle and fortress commands center stage above the bustling harbor and winding streets dotted with cafes, markets and tea shops. Ilica beach and Aya Yorgi beach are two of the best in the area and are just a few miles from the house. Nearby Alacati is a charming village settled by Greeks with old world character and a unique fusion of Aegean cultures.
