Set in a remote and secluded valley on more than five hundred acres of unspoiled wilderness, this cabin rental in western Iceland is surrounded by mountains and rolling hills with stunning views out to the ocean.

Standing alone in its placement among the landscape, the effect is both dramatic and peaceful. With trekking routes extending out in all directions, the land is also home to horses and sheep that roam all summer and the occasional shy arctic fox.
