The house consists of an open-plan living space with concrete floors, white walls and a two-story ceiling that give it the feel of a gallery space. Two levels of large windows overlook a large outdoor terrace and garden. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a mezzanine TV/relaxing area that is reached by an elegant iron staircase from the main room.
The design is seamlessly simple and modern. Furnishings are predominantly black and white, and decor is minimalistic and modern, allowing the abundant light and views to set the tone. The woiden beam ceiling creates a warm and organic feel.

AROUND
Guerneville is located in the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County, California – a rustic community known for its wine tasting, redwood forests and laid-back attitudes. Main Street has great dining and nightlife, as well as a farmers’ market.
If you fancy going farther afield, walk Guerneville’s historic iron bridge to the park on the other side. The 805-acre Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve, two miles north of Main Street, is well worth a visit. Johnson’s Beach is within walking distance of the restaurants and shops, and is the main river access for downtown Guerneville. Canoes, kayaks, inner tubes, umbrellas and beach chairs are available for rent.
Sonoma Coast State Beach is twenty minutes from Guerneville, and offers opportunities for beach combing, hiking and biking, bird watching, whale watching and fishing. There are also 50 wineries within a 20-minute drive of the town, including the world-famous Korbel Vineyards which are just a few minutes away.
