Set along a country lane in Worcestershire, this 18th century farmhouse has been given a surprising and stylish make-over that successfully bridges the old with the new.

Laid out over three floors, the charm of the historic Georgian structure has changed little in over two hundred years from the outside, with its classic silhouette nestled into the stone walled gardens. Smartly integrating all of the original timber beams, fireplaces and charm of the original cottage, the interiors have been thoroughly updated with a fresh, modern aesthetic.

Awash in light with a crisp white palette and blonde wood floors, the rooms are cheerful and welcoming. The ground floor includes a spacious lounge and reading area with double doors that lead to a large sky lit yoga studio/playroom which opens out to the gardens. The sleek, open plan kitchen was designed for foodies and entertaining, with top of the line appliances, a scullery and breakfast bar. The dining area is perfect for family gatherings and seats eight.

The second floor includes an en suite master bedroom and a children’s bedroom with a crib and changing table and a full bath. The third floor has a large guest bedroom and an open-plan office that can double as an extra bedroom and an additional bathroom.

The gardens are lush and lovely and share a border with the West Midland Safari Park, where you may have the delightful surprise of spying some neighboring elephants, giraffes, rhinos and other exotic animals.     .

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Wifi throughout, Apple TV, Netflix and Playstation, many books, toys and games for babies and toddlers, crib, high chair, safety gates and baby bath are available. Housekeeping and laundry facilities. Parking provided for two cars and an additional parking area if needed.
