Located in one of the most elegant residential areas of the city adjacent to the castle and Siempone park, this vacation home rental in Milan was divided from a large pied a terre creating a bright and spacious two bedroom apartment.

Set on the second floor of a classic early 20th century building, the lofty open interiors benefit from large windows that illuminate the rooms with plenty of natural light and can be thrown open to the breezes.

The living spaces have been lightly restored while keeping all of the original period features including the ornamental fireplaces, trim and fixtures and gleaming wood floors. A contrasting but harmonious assortment of furnishings, art and decor include vintage pieces mixed with colorful textiles and elegant antiques as well as a piano should the mood arise.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining space for four with one double and one single bedroom.

Stylish but cozy, this urban residence is an ideal rental in the heart of the city.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

24 hour support, welcome pack, housekeeping, Wifi throughout, satellite cable TV, stereo system with CD player, bath and kitchen amenities, laundry facilities.

AROUND

Located on one of Milan’s most exclusive streets within the heart of the city, the apartment is just a short walk from the Castelo Sforzesco, Park Sempione, The Triennale Museum and a mile from La Scala and from nice pastry shops, cafes, shops and restaurants.

As Italy’s fashion and design capital, Milan pulses with creative energy, art and culture. More industrialized and businesslike than many of the country’s famous cities, it’s the financial and commercial hub of the north and hosts the world’s most iconic fashion week, design week and World EXPO.

Be sure to check out the bustling tourist center of Corso Como for some world class shopping, Chinatown, the artsy neighborhood of Brera and the indie spirited Isola district. Although much of it was flattened during WW2, many treasures remain and of course no trip would be complete without a visit to the world famous La Scala opera and the Santa Maria delle Grazie convent, home to Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper.” You can reach the famed lake Como in under an hour drive.
