Located in the heart of Madrid, this loft apartment doubles as a fabulous conceptual showroom with an extensive and impressive collection of Spanish contemporary art and vintage furnishings available for purchase.
Housed in a 19th century townhouse, the restored apartment is laid out over two stories and has been reconfigured to accommodate up to eight guests in three bedrooms and a loft. Awash in light and colorful design accents, the warm polished wood floors and whitewashed interiors create the ultimate canvas for an inspired collection. A collaborative effort conceived by Madrid based vintage shop Woody Metal and The Sibarist estates, the concept was designed as a temporary shelter for travelers and art lovers.
The main living area is bright and welcoming and has been retrofitted with a loft for two and outfitted with an eclectic selection of unique furnishings textiles and art that sit alongside a central mural designed by Marco Pardo and Javito Ruiz Pérez. There is a large eat in kitchen on the main floor and three bedrooms upstairs. Outside, landscape architect Alvaro Sampedro redesigned the terrace as an urban garden oasis and a quiet escape above the city.
