Overlooking the spectacular landscape of Formentor island and the sea, Ruiz has organically merged the home in harmony with both human and natural design.
Towering four stories high, the entrance level includes the main living room with indoor and outdoor dining and one of two kitchens in the house. There are also two double suites and a caretakers suite on this level.
On the top level, there are two double suites, each with access to a private terrace with sea views and a separate garden entrance.
The lower floor includes three double en suite bedrooms.
The ground floor, features the second living room, an indoor and outdoor dining room, and the second kitchen with room for a total of fourteen guests
(There is a separate service area for staff).
The gardens descend all the way to the sea with an infinity pool, a gym and a sauna below.
A stairway leads to a private dock and solarium, and has direct access to the sea with the beauty of unspoiled nature all around.

The villa is fully staffed with a house manager (available 12 hours per day), butler (8 hours per day), chef (8 hours per day according to clients itinerary), kitchen assistant in 2 shifts: 8am-3pm and 4pm – 12am, waiter (8 hours) housekeeping and laundry (8 hours), an extra house assistant can be provided with 6+ guests at €700 per week, 24 hour security.

AROUND
The northwestern bay and port of Pollenca is dotted with beautiful emerald bays and beaches, dramatic cliffs and offshore islands and is a great base for exploring the quieter side of the island.
The lovely Mallorcan town of Pollenca is made up of winding lanes full of little boutiques and gift shops selling locally crafted goods. Placa Major, the main square is where you’ll find the 18th-century Nostra Senyora Del Angels church with its stunning rose window. The other main church in the town is the Convent de Sant Domingo, which is home to the Museum of Pollenca, with its collection of prehistoric sculptures and contemporary art. It also hosts the town’s celebrated classical music festival and the Pollenca Art Fair at the beginning of November.
The neighboring Alcúdia Bay and town is encircled by medieval walls with narrow streets and centuries-old buildings near to the ancient Roman town of Pollentia. The island was also home to Bronze age settlers and there are several prehistoric Talaiotic archeological sites to explore including the necropolis of Son Real near Santa Margarita and the Ses Paisses settlement.
Palma is an hour’s drive and these days has become more like a mini Barcelona, with stylish bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping and the stunning Cathedral of Palma La Seu at its heart.
The famous Santa Catalina food market on Saturday afternoons with its “Tardeo” time that turns the streets into a big meeting point of people, food and fun.

BEST TIME TO VISIT: Summer high season can be crowded but the more gently-paced spring, autumn and winter seasons on the island are still sunny and warm, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly.
