If you’re looking for a luxury villa in Italy, this is a great find. It is not only perfect for lovers of design, but it is also fully equipped with every amenity and well located within easy reach of Sorrento, Capri, Pompeii and Napoli.
An architecturally-designed, two-story villa, it is perched on a hillside overlooking the sea and the island of Capri. Interiors feature high ceilings and beautiful tiled floors, with contemporary furnishings and art – from large abstract paintings to imposing sculptures dotted around the property.
It’s also very spacious, with enough room to sleep up to 10 guests. The first floor has one bedroom with a queen, and one with two twins. Follow the cool spiral staircase, and there’s a second floor with a bedroom-studio and two further queen beds. A separate guest house has a family room with another queen. There are five bathrooms in total, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
Surrounded in parkland, the villa has terraces at ground level and on the rooftop, and a lovely stone-lined pool hangs on the edge of the garden, overlooking the sea. Steps lead straight down to the beach.
As a location for whiling away the days in the sunshine, reading, swimming and sipping cocktails, this would be very hard to beat.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Air conditioning, laundry, state-of-the-art audio-visual services, fireplace, barbecue, and pool table. A welcome kit includes coffee, tea, milk, rusk, jam and sugar. The pool is open from May til mid-September, but can be opened on request for an additional charge.

A car is recommended to make the most of the surrounding region – and there’s a lot to see. If you can tear yourself away from the pool, plan plenty of day trips.
