Its unique A-frame, post-and-beam construction was created in 1971 but has recently been remodeled. Interiors are bright and cheerful with a real lived-in, laidback, beachy feel. The house is split over three levels, with the sleeping quarters on the second level – three bedrooms, two with two twins each, and a master with one queen.
The third floor has a lovely open-floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room (with a queen-sized sleeper sofa). The beach-facing balcony has great views, as well as a built-in table that’s perfect for eating outdoors.
There’s also a backyard with a grill for barbecuing, a firepit and a picnic table. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower.
